When you register for services or apply for a line of credit via partner merchant websites or our website, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, Permanent Account Number (PAN), and shipping/residential address. We may also request additional information to verify your identity and assess your eligibility for credit. Your financial information may be shared for credit reporting purposes as required by with our regulated lending partners / Direct vendors.

To assist in identifying you, we may collect information about the device you use to access our services, including its location, IP address, and any other relevant device data. We may also track your interactions with our website and partner sites, including previous service usage and application actions.

We may obtain additional information from third-party sources, including identity verification companies and credit reporting agencies, as part of the qualification process.

When you download the One Credit app, we collect information about the names and packages of each installed application on your device. This data is sent to our backend servers via https://www.onecredit.org for credit risk assessment. This process is part of onboarding you as a user, determining your purchase limit, processing loans, and providing pre-approved offers, with your explicit consent.

The information the app collects depends on your device’s privacy settings. We store the data with unique identifiers linked to your device. We seek your permission to access the necessary information, which includes:

  • Operating system version, brand, model, RAM (available and total), internal and external storage (available and total)
  • Display language and unique device identifiers
  • SIM information, including network operator and type

This data helps us uniquely identify your device and prevent unauthorized access, reducing fraud risk.

We also collect metadata of the installed applications, such as names, package names, and paths, sending this information to our backend servers. Account Deletion

Until the process is completed, users cannot delete their account if they have any outstanding orders, EMI payments, or user refunds.
Delete will be activated once all orders, user refunds, and EMI payments have been completed.
The user's old order details and user data cannot be recovered after the account is deleted.
